Ngaire Metcalf fondly recalls the times when a severely handicapped and overweight patient would come in for a doughnut and a drink at the Montreal General Hospital's Hospitality Corner.

As the waitress, Metcalf would brush off the evidence from the woman's chest before her dietician got wind of the crime.
