Charkaoui seeks to have strict conditions dropped ~ The Montreal Gazette

Adil Charkaoui will be in federal court this morning, arguing strict conditions imposed on him be abolished.

"I feel the government doesn't apply appropriately the decision of the Supreme Court," he told The Gazette yesterday, referring to the high court decision in February that quashed the security certificates that had allowed the federal government to detain Charkaoui as a suspected terrorist for two years without laying charges or revealing the evidence against him.
