Man at heart of TB scare gets reprieve ~ The Montreal Gazette

Andrew Speaker has had a long an arduous journey: from his wedding in Europe to his flight to Montreal and subsequent drive to the U.S., to the front pages of newspapers and his current hospital room in Denver, Colo.

Yesterday was his "day of relief," when U.S. health officials announced Speaker doesn't have the severe form of tuberculosis they earlier feared.
