Quebec demands explanation of guards' behaviour ~ The Montreal Gazette

Quebec Public Security Minister Jacques Dupuis is asking for an explanation and the Montreal Transit Corp. is investigating after metro security guards allegedly looked on as a woman was punched and kicked by a man at the Berri-UQAM metro station Monday.
